We welcome new individuals to CrossFit, regardless of fitness level and/or experience.
Thursday is the day when we do mostly bodyweight movements and does not require prior experience with CrossFit, so it’s a perfect way for you to get a chance to experience our facility, coaching, community, all the while getting a taste for a CrossFit workout.
1. Select a Trial Session by choosing a
Thursday class on the upcoming calendar. (ensure it is a Thursday that you’ve selected)
2. You will be walked through steps to complete a health questionnaire and digital waiver.
3. When prompted to “Choose a Product,” select “Trial Class*” in the “Passes” section. Note, on a mobile device, you will need to scroll up to access it at the bottom of the list.
4. Once registered, you are ready for your trial! Just show up a few minutes early and meet the head trainer for your session. There is plenty of street parking or you may park in our parking lot. (1712 Mount Vernon Ave)
* If you have CrossFit experience and are considering CrossFit MVA as a new place to train, you may use the 3-Day Trial Class Pass to be used within 7 days.
